I love LifeLabs Learning for being amazing in helping people new to management figure out how to be managers. The workshops are super interactive and allow our team members to take action the next day, if not the same day. I appreciate the way we can practice the skills we're learning in each workshop and share them out accordingly. The admin side of the membership platform is really helpful to oversee if newer managers are completing required trainings and to follow up where needed. I'm such a fangirl of LifeLabs Learning, and I'm always trying to get people involved with Culture Club and sharing their resources, I've even shared LifeLabs content with mentees at my local SHRM chapter or friends who have recently become managers at different companies.
